How do we improve the quality of people’s life and create safe urban environment that meets the interests and needs of the residents? In 2020 I was lucky to be involved in the making of the first Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan in Russia. Developed jointly with the citizens, the plan is aimed at improving the quality of people’s life by creating a safe urban environment that meets the interests and needs of the residents. This plan is based on a holistic approach, integrating the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and contributes to the creation of a comfortable city that provides access to a high-quality urban environment.
